In fact once you start to eat nutritiously you will find that not only are you eating more and don’t feel hungry but you will almost certainly find that your cravings disappear as well.

The meals you should be eating to help get rid of belly fat should consist of low glycemic index, slow burning carbs, ample healthy fats and slow release proteins. The only exceptions to these, treats aside, should be your post workout meals which need to consist of high G.I. carbs, minimum amounts of fat and quickly digestible proteins.
